Procurement Officer / Assistant

This is a career-building opportunity for someone with a passion for procurement and a hunger to develop. You'll work alongside seasoned supply chain experts, gaining exposure to high-value contracts, multi-geography projects, and strategic initiatives that shape the way we operate.


Your focus will be on:

Delivering measurable savings

and hitting quarterly procurement targets.

Analysing spend

to identify efficiencies, harmonise suppliers, and reduce fragmented purchasing.

Supporting major projects

across the UK & Europe, from contract management to supplier relationship optimisation.

Producing insightful reports

and management information to guide decision-making.

Driving value

through negotiation, price harmonisation, volume aggregation, and total cost of ownership analysis.

?? What You'll Bring

2+ years' supply chain experience

(CIPS accreditation or working towards is a plus). A track record of delivering savings and managing contracts. Strong business acumen and the agility to work across a complex, matrix organisation. Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and a flair for analysis. An innovative mindset -- spotting opportunities for improvement and acting on them.
