Role Overview:
This role is based in EBIT's main office in Dorchester, Dorset and requires a minimum of three days in the office. Please only apply if you are able to commute to our office location.
As a Procurement Operations Buyer, you will provide buying and administrative services for new purchases and contracting renewals. You will conduct and execute bid and buy activities to obtain vendor pricing, engage with vendors, manage vendor onboarding and contracting, and will also support spend rationalisation, consolidation opportunities and contracting for existing Vendors. You will execute procurement processes, including overseeing and managing the creation of purchase requisitions (PR's), validating PRs, creating and issuing purchase orders (PO's), uploading contracts, supporting the resolution of invoicing issues, build and maintain reporting for procurement activity, generating operational reporting for Compliance, Finance and other stakeholders.
You will drive high client satisfaction for our clients, working to a high standard, delivering commercial benefit and process improvements. To represent EBIT and our clients' best interests, managing stakeholder relationships whilst focusing and prioritising activity, opportunities and risks.
Whilst experience in procurement is beneficial, we welcome applicants with relevant operational, finance, or buying desk experience from other sectors who are eager to learn and bring strong organisational, technical and communication skills.

Total Package range: 30,000 - 40,000
Working Pattern: Full time, minimum of 3 days per week in the office
