Where will you be in the organization?



The division




You will join Group Procurement & Sourcing division. Our mission is to increase AXA Group competitiveness by optimizing the end-to-end Procurement cycle of external spend (excluding Insurance procurement), while building a high performance and risk-managed supplier based. We have a global and entity Procurement presence with 2 different mandates, a Group mandate and a GO mandate.

Our division is composed of several departments with respective accountabilities:

Group Procurement Partnerships Group Procurement General Expenses & Real Estate Group Procurement IT & Security Procurement Cesame Group Procurement Transformation GO Procurement Operations & Performance

The department / team



You will be part of the Department GO Operations & Performance which is in charge of:

Leading Operations Procurement for AXA GO Defining and tracking GO procurement performance Defining and implementing Procurement policies, processes and tools for GO (incl. S2C, Vendor Risks, Outsourcing, P2P) Developing and maintaining the GO vendor risk framework (VRF) and leading vendor audits Designing & executing Internals Controls Leading remediations on audit issues Producing GO reports (AOGS, ISAF...) Driving transversal projects for GO Procurement or GO Projects as a division Defining and implementing ESG solution for GO Representing AXA GO Procurement in different forums

Job purpose




In the GO procurement sourcing team of the GO Operations and Performance department, as

GO Procurement Buyer

, you will lead sourcing projects and renewals for IT and General Expenses categories while ensuring compliance with standards, deliver savings, manage stakeholder relationships and collaborate with global category teams and Group Procurement on specific initiatives.



Main missions




Your responsibilities include:


AXA GO sourcing projects

Lead procurement sourcing projects for AXA GO as an entity & ensure coordination with different stakeholders on these projects Comply with procurement guidelines: challenges business needs & checks budget, drives competition through RFPs & negotiations, applies Minimum Control Framework & Due diligences, works in close collaboration with all Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) & Group Category Managers Use of procurement tools from request analysis to contract signature Deliver savings objective Ensure smooth and effective user experience in AXA GO sourcing processes Support any transversal AXA GO project regarding procurement processes & tools, participating in workshops and providing feedbacks


Stakeholder management


The position develops and maintains professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, especially: Group Procurement Teams; GO Business Functions; AXA GO support functions (Risk Management, Compliance, Security, Data Privacy, Finance, ...); AXA GBS teams; Vendors



Category management

Implement global category strategies in AXA GO entities in collaboration with AXA GO stakeholders & Global category managers: + Adjust preferred supplier list/policies/procurement processes & documentation to enable new strategy implementation in AXA GO, + Create local implementation agreements if required,
+ Drive communication/relationship with local stakeholders and suppliers,
+ Monitor supplier portfolio and drive continuous improvement locally.
Develop local strategies for local categories in scope: + Develop deep knowledge on the category: conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand trends, pricing, and supplier capabilities within the category. Use this information to drive informed decision-making and identify opportunities for cost savings and innovation + Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, marketing, and operations, to ensure that category strategies align with business needs.
+ Develop and implement sourcing strategies for specific categories, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. This includes identifying, evaluating, and managing relationships with suppliers to optimize quality, cost, and delivery

Expected skills & experience




We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:





Experience



Procurement master's degree 5 + years of professional experience in procurement & sourcing required Experience working in a matrix & international environment

Technical skills



Business acumen Sourcing project management skills Practical, hands-on approach to deliver concrete results Ability to analyze information to provide insight-driven recommendations French + English - Fluent in speaking and writing




Soft skills / transversal skills



Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with ability to communicate efficiently and influence in an international environment. Energic and resilient with capacity to drive projects besides facing challenges; Solution oriented Team spirit
