We are currently recruiting for a

Procurement Service Team Lead

to take responsibility for Procurement Services team providing continuous service provision. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to managing work schedules, strong problem solving skills, and is capable of working in a fast paced environment.


Your working pattern will be Monday to Friday, office hours.

You main responsibilities will include:

Creation and implementation of new processes, including supplier onboarding, contract repository, PSL communication and compliance, rebate / prebate recovery Build long-term supplier relationships aligned with business goals and market dynamics. Playing a key role in our project delivery programme and supporting business-wide initiatives Value / risk opportunity identification Maintain precision in contracts, audits, and regulatory processes. Stay agile in response to shifting priorities, regulations, and market conditions.

Qualifications

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and projects under pressure Proven ability to effectively lead an administrative team to provide a continuous and high standard service Proven ability to effectively and proactively manage multiple and potentially conflicting stakeholders Confident in effectively challenging stakeholders Confident and effective communicator A general commercial mindset, always seeking to identify opportunities to add value Proven ability to rapidly build strong relationships sufficient to support role Experience of using Microsoft suite to produce and present reports Experience of managing a P2P process on SAP
