This project will put our team at the very heart of producing one of the most eagerly anticipated sports vans on the market.

The Role
As our Procurement & Stores Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our workshop and production lines run smoothly. You'll be responsible for sourcing, ordering, and managing components and materials, while also maintaining accurate stock levels and supporting the wider production team. You'll be the key link between suppliers, the workshop, and the project management team - making sure everything is in place for vehicles to be built on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
Managing procurement of parts, materials, and consumables for the Sports Van programme
Building strong relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
Accurately managing stock levels, receiving deliveries, and overseeing goods-in processes
Ensuring the stores area is well organised, efficient, and compliant with company procedures
Supporting technicians and production staff with the timely supply of parts and materials
Maintaining accurate records of orders, stock movements, and supplier information
Contributing to continuous improvement in supply chain and stores processes
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement, supply chain, or stores/warehouse roles - ideally within an automotive, engineering, or manufacturing setting.
Key skills and attributes include:
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident communicator and relationship builder
Computer literate with experience using stock management or ERP systems
A proactive, problem-solving approach with the ability to prioritise tasks
Experience in automotive/manufacturing parts supply would be highly advantageous
