We are currently seeking a Procurement Support professional to join our Global Energy sector in Aberdeen. This role plays a vital part in supporting the delivery of technician spares, light and heavy equipment within the offshore oil & gas sector. You'll be responsible for coordinating procurement activities, logistics, and administrative support to ensure seamless operations and high-margin service delivery. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a specialised area of our business, working closely with maintenance and project teams to meet customer needs efficiently and effectively.

A day in the life of Procurement Support:

Support Procurement, Maintenance & Project Teams daily Compile quotations and orders from Maintenance and Customers Coordinate purchases and deliveries to align with project and shipping schedules Assist with departmental accounts and logistics arrangements Organise shipping and delivery requirements Maintain tracking registers and ensure audit trail compliance Uphold Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality standards Attend briefings and training sessions to ensure full competency

You'll be set up for success if you have:

At least 2 years' experience in a similar role Strong organisational and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse workload Team-oriented and customer-focused mindset Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, ordering systems, and email A valid UK Driving License Professional and courteous attitude
