We are recruiting for a Product Administrator to join us on a 9-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of being made permanent.
As a Product Administrator, your main responsibility is to support the Product Management team by handling everyday tasks that keep things running smoothly and meet the required quality standards and timescales. This includes running processes to monitor live insurance products, ensuring they work correctly and validating any changes to prices, documents or EDI messages before they go live.
What you'll be responsible for:
Handle team enquiries and requests within agreed SLAs.
Run monitoring and validation processes to generate results.
Raise purchase order requests for product-related costs.
Administer the set up or amendment of agency requests.
Liaise with Brokers regarding policy queries or audit requests.
Raise and track tickets via supplier portals.
Produce summaries and reports from BAU functions to the team manager and/or other stakeholders.
Investigate discrepancies identified via monitoring or validation processes.
Raise defects or incidents via internal and external platforms.
Provide first line investigation or administration for incidents reported into the team.
Conduct scheduled audits.
Test product behaviour relating to defects and/or scheduled changes.
What you'll need:
Ability to plan and manage your own workload.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to produce clear and accurate reports.
Ability to analyse and interpret data.
Prior experience within the Insurance industry would be desirable.
