The Position:



As Product Administrator, you will have a key role managing all aspects of product data to ensure correct information, complete and accurate technical files, and all key elements in support of the marketing of our products.

You will need to be detail oriented, organised and able to take ownership for critical product data processes. You will work closely with key departments including marketing, design, production as well as account management.

Key Responsibilities:



Regulatory and Technical file maintenance:

Working closely with quality, the MD and External Regulatory consultants to ensure our MDR (Medical Device Registration) documentation is kept up to date and compliant to current MDR standards, for both UKCA and CE.

MDR technical file annual and ongoing updates / maintenance DofC updates IFU's, order forms, updates and maintenance Silks and other labelling file creation and maintenance Version control on any existing and newly created literature Technical data sheet creation and management Product training files and packages
Analysis:

Market price and product positioning vs competing product offerings Product costings Price list maintenance Customer data base - ordering patterns / history and performance
Insight:

Gathering market insights, data and researching competition, and relevant trends
Support Activities include:

Management of all product and customer enquiries Product sample management for trainings, exhibitions etc Exhibition execution support Maintain photo and product image database Marketing collateral management - stock levels and re-ordering

We are looking for someone who thrives on precision and organisation, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy setting.

Essential Skills & Experience:

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Highly motivated Strong Excel skills. Experience using SAP a plus. A strong analytical approach. Knowledge of Medical Device product management a huge plus. A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
Behavioural Attributes:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Highly organised with the ability to prioritise effectively. Proactive, self-driven, and deadline-focused.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-35,000.00 per year
