Job Description

Join Formula Bathrooms/Besleys Merthyr Tydfil as an eCommerce Product Administrator. You'll upload and manage products on our Magento 2 website, write engaging descriptions, and edit images using Photoshop. Full training provided and a permanent role available after a 3-month probation.

Key Responsibilities

Upload new products to company websites using Magento 2 and a custom CMS Write clear, engaging, and accurate product descriptions Ensure product data, and specifications are correct and up to date Upload, edit, and organise product images using Photoshop and other tools Maintain and improve the online product catalogue Assist with general website content updates as required Support the team during busy periods, including handling customer enquiries and occasional phone support

Skills & Experience (Preferred but not essential)

Experience using Magento 2 or similar eCommerce platforms Previous experience in product uploading, data entry, or website administration Basic Photoshop skills (e.g. resizing, cropping, and optimising product images) Basic understanding of SEO or writing for web content Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident computer skills (Microsoft Office, especially Excel) Good written and verbal communication skills Previous customer service experience is an advantage Able to work both independently and as part of a small team Positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
