You will play a pivotal role in shaping brands, ensuring they are relevant, exciting and engaging for their respective consumers, with a focus on collaboration, creativity, product and customer centric strategies. This role has a goal of delivering compelling brand experiences that connect deeply with our audience to unlock sales growth and increase market share.
CUSTOMER / STRATEGY / PLAN
Define and drive brand strategy by setting clear positioning and ensuring brand growth and relevance in key markets ensuring excellence and relevance at every stage
Responsible for how the brand shows up internally and externally including tone of voice and brand look & feel through all medias and accountability for website
Deliver projects, end-to-end by overseeing from idea to execution, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the agreed scope
Launch new products with the responsibility of idea generation and execution
Proactively monitor the market and competitor trends to maintain a competitive edge and brand superiority
Support innovation and growth strategies through brand positioning
PEOPLE / LEADERSHIP
Lead, inspire and motivate the marketing team to achieve outstanding results
Align with and influence cross-functional teams, guiding internal experts to bring brand initiatives to life
Agency/Supplier relationship management by working closely with our external agencies and suppliers to ensure they deliver first class creative solutions on time and in full
Foster a culture of openness and shared ownership
FINANCIAL / COMMERCIALS
Provide input into yearly budget planning and oversee brand activities to ensure cost-effective execution
To manage projects to agreed times and investment levels
Prioritise initiatives that deliver strategic impact
ESSENTIAL
Ability to Oversee projects from conception to completion, ensuring they align with business objectives
Proficient in analysing customer data and market trends to inform brand strategies
Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire the team
Excellent communication skills for crafting clear, persuasive messages and for engaging with customers across various platforms
Creativity in designing campaigns and product launches that resonate with customers
Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to advocate for them within the company
Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously, often with tight deadlines
Developing strategies to drive business growth
Clearly conveying insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Ability to address business challenges by leveraging customer data
