ABOUT THE ROLE
What You'll Be Working On
You'll be part of the
Product & Revenue Team
, ensuring that our accommodation inventory is accurate, available and properly maintained across internal systems. You'll liaise with hotel suppliers, support financial administration and provide reliable data to other departments -- all of which directly supports the success of our product offering.
Key Responsibilities:
Inventory & System Management
Build and maintain hotel room blocks across internal systems, ensuring details like room types, capacities, pricing and dates are accurate
Monitor and update stock across platforms to avoid overbooking and optimise availability and revenue
Supplier Liaison
Communicate with hotel partners to clarify contracts, update booking numbers and resolve discrepancies
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and accommodation providers
Financial Admin & Reconciliation
Meticulously cross-check hotel invoices against confirmed bookings and contracted terms
Investigate and resolve discrepancies before submitting for payment
Data & Document Management
Keep internal records, contracts, and communications well organised, up to date, and easily accessible
Support Internal teams by providing booking data or updates related to accommodation changes or issues
Customer Communication (Issue Support
)
Act as a point of contact for customers when there are changes to their hotel arrangements or booking-related issues

Preferred Experience:
Previous experience in administration, travel or procurement
Experience working with hotel contracts, inventory management or booking systems is a plus
Interest in travel or sport is helpful to understand the broader context of our product

This will be an office-based position, at our HQ in Newcastle Upon Tyne, however upon completion of probabtion, hybrid working is available at managers discretion.
