Responsibilities:

Role Deliverable Deliverable Description

Product Architect Agile Product Backlog Contribution. Contribution to Agile product backlog EPIC's, capabilities, and features with adequate acceptance criteria.

Product Architect Technical Product Feasibility Documentation Document solution options as part of the Technical Product Feasibility.

Product Architect Product High-Level Design Documentation Documentation of the selected solution as part of the Product high-level design embracing Vodafone technology model, methodology and standards .



Product Architect Management of Third-Party Deliverables Manage third-party deliverables with clear terms of reference and statements of work.

Product Architect Budgetary Expenditure Oversight and review Project expenditure aligned with budgetary commitments

Product Architect Virtual Team Collaboration Determine product and service building blocks with the virtual team.

Product Architect Engagement with Operational and Support Functions Collect and discuss requirements and solutions with operational and support functions.

Product Architect Solution Presentation and Knowledge Transfer Present solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, conduct know-how transfer sessions.
