Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:30



X-on is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Assurance Administrator to join our growing, vibrant team. In this important role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our software solutions not only meet regulatory standards but also enhance patient safety and data integrity.

Responsibilities



Support with the submission process for relevant frameworks and product assurance requests, adhering to timelines and key requirements. Assist in conducting regular audits and risk assessments to help identify potential compliance issues. Help prepare documentation for and liaise with regulatory bodies, NHS trusts, and ICBs to support compliance with their requirements. Assist in the development and coordination of training programs for X-on staff on information governance, compliance, and clinical safety best practices. Maintain accurate and up-to-date assurance-related records, compliance documentation, and tracking process adherence. Stay up-to-date on changes to regulations and industry standards, proactively updating X-on's Product Assurance program accordingly. Help maintain a strong understanding of information governance and compliance requirements relevant to the UK health tech sector, including NHS frameworks, ICB regulations, and relevant clinical safety standards. Support the development and continuous improvement of X-on's Product Assurance program.

Skills Required



Proven experience in an administrative or compliance support role (ideally technology or healthcare). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication, written and verbal, with the ability to deliver clear and concise information to varied audiences Ability to be proactive, work independently, and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines. Proficiency with Google Workspace/Microsoft Office suite for documentation and data management. A foundational understanding of the UK healthcare sector, and a strong willingness to understand/learn about key governance, compliance, and assurance regulations (e.g.,GDPR, NHS standards for healthtech suppliers).
