Who are we looking for?




An experienced Marketing Manager increase revenue and frequency through high-performing menu campaigns, pricing mechanics, bundling, and promotional strategy. This role owns the development and delivery of all tactical campaign moments, menu messaging and product marketing efforts.





Key Responsibilities




Sales Growth & Menu Strategy




Develop new product propositions, bundles and campaign-led offers

Lead day-part, basket-builder and occasion-based strategy to drive frequency

Work with global and local teams to activate LTOs and test menu changes

Pricing & Promotions




Lead pricing strategy and promotional offer testing

Collaborate closely with Finance and Delivery teams to optimise value and average spend

Deliver channel-specific bundling strategies (delivery, click & collect, dine-in)

Campaign Planning & Messaging




Own creative messaging for menu launches and tactical campaigns

Brief creative and content teams on assets and formats needed

Ensure consistent message delivery across social, CRM, delivery and POS

Collaborate with Digital and CRM teams to ensure omni-channel consistency

Performance Optimisation & Commercial Analysis




Monitor ROI across LTOs, promotions, and day-part strategies

Track campaign conversion rates, sales impact and customer retention metrics

Adapt calendar and positioning based on insight and trading performance

Use dashboards, finance reports and trading data to inform weekly optimization

Local Store Marketing (LSM)



Build and maintain regional toolkits, flyers, vinyls, and POS plans

Own monthly store refreshes and OOH support planning

Collaborate with NSO and Ops teams on new store openings

Act as LSM lead in national campaign localisation

Cross-functional Collaboration & Global Alignment




Work with Ops, Finance and Delivery to connect campaigns to the full guest journey

Share learnings and coordinate insights with international Wingstop markets

Ensure product positioning aligns with long-term brand and revenue goals

Own the planning calendar for tactical campaigns, menu innovation and store moments

Requirements




We're seeking a commercially-minded marketer with a deep understanding of menu strategy, campaign planning, and customer behaviour across QSR or retail formats.


Essential:




4+ years of marketing experience within food, QSR, retail or FMCG brands Proven success delivering product-led campaigns that drive frequency and sales Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, bundling, and promo testing Confidence working with Finance and Ops on product performance and menu mechanics Experience localising national campaigns across different regions or sites Ability to brief and manage creative teams to produce compelling product messaging Skilled in using insights and trading data to optimise campaigns in real time Excellent organisation and calendar management skills, with a bias for action

Desirable:




Familiarity with delivery platform mechanics (e.g. Deliveroo, Vita Mojo) Experience leading LTO rollouts or menu refreshes across national and local campaigns Understanding of customer occasion marketing (day-parting, basket-builders) Working knowledge of point-of-sale and regional campaign toolkits Previous work with international stakeholders or global campaign toolkits
