This Role



This is an excellent opportunity to join us on our fast-growth journey!

We're looking for a Product Compliance Officer to join our team to work with our Product team to ensure that all our products meet legal and regulatory requirements.

This is a newly created role to support the ongoing fast-growth of the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

Take responsibility for all legal and regulatory compliance for the entire product range

Audit all new products to ensure compliance with regulations and product safety and gather necessary documentation

Liaise with test houses and manufacturers on testing requirements and certifications

Monitor and interpret regulatory changes and communicate their impact on the company's products

Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies as required

Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints

Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and documentation

You'll excel in this role if you have the following skills & experience:

Experience in a product compliance role previously

Experience in compliance testing and labelling

Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines

High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information

Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
