Are you a creative and technically minded leader with a passion for furniture design? We're looking for an experienced

Product Design & Development Manager

to join our team and lead the creation of innovative, market-leading products from concept through to completion.

About the Role:

As Product Design & Development Manager, you will oversee the full product development lifecycle--managing a team of design engineers, coordinating with suppliers, and working cross-functionally to ensure the delivery of market leading products from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of product designers and development engineers. Manage multiple design projects from concept to production. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in product design and materials. Liaise with manufacturing, procurement, sales, and marketing to align product output with business goals. Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and compliance standards. Maintain up-to-date project reporting and milestone tracking.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a similar role within the furniture or related manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and production timelines. Confident leader with experience managing and developing a high-performing design team. Excellent project management, organisation, and communication skills. Proficiency in CAD software and an appreciation of both aesthetic and functional design.
