Ensure
D365, backend, and web development
staff follow best practices in

Promote a
culture of security awareness
within the development team, ensuring all engineers receive training on

Testing & Quality Assurance
Define and enforce

Oversee

Technical Leadership Solutions

Lead the development and execution of strategies for

in alignment with

Data Strategy & Management
Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy
, ensuring data is structured, accessible, and aligned with business objectives.
Ensure data governance policies are in place for
data quality, integrity, security, and compliance
with regulations such as
GDPR and ISO 27001

Work closely with

Proven experience as a
Software Development Manager, Engineering Lead, or similar leadership role

Expertise in
Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), SharePoint, and web-based platforms

Hands-on experience in
agile software development
within an
outsourced development partner model
.
Strong expertise in
Agile development, Scrum methodologies, and sprint planning
.
Experience managing teams working with
web technologies (React, Angular, Blazer), backend frameworks (Node.js, .NET Core), and D365 development (x++, JavaScript).
Deep understanding of
secure development principles, OWASP Top 10, and DevSecOps methodologies

Hands-on experience in
