We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Design Assistant to provide critical support across the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to tech pack. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in coordinating seasonal collections, efficiently managing all visual assets, mood boards, and strike offs. They must be adept at tracking and managing colour, print and graphic submits, ensuring timely updates and approvals. This role requires excellent attention to detail to assist with tech pack preparation and to effectively coordinate correspondence between product developers and suppliers. Finally, strong administrative skills are essential for maintaining organised digital and physical archives, managing scheduling, supporting review sessions, and handling both international and domestic parcel logistics.

. Seasonal Collection Coordination




Support the design team in preparing seasonal collections by organizing mood boards, color palettes, and sketches.


Ensure timely updates of all visual and technical assets throughout the design development timeline.

2. Prototype and Fabric Support




Track and manage colour, print and graphic submits across all stages--from initial requests to final approvals.

3. Tech Pack Preparation Support




Assist in assembling and updating tech packs, including flat sketches and inputting Trim details.


Work closely with product developers to coordinate correspondence with suppliers throughout the development timeline.

4. Trend & Market Research




Conduct ongoing research into outdoor apparel trends, competitor products, sustainability innovations, and performance technologies.

5. Design & Development Team Administrative Support




Maintain organized digital and physical design and development archives (e.g. fabric libraries, design files, CADs).


Schedule and coordinate meetings, provide admin support at cross-functional team check-ins.


Tracking and sending of parcels - international and domestic.
