Monday to Thursday in the office with Fridays off (full salary maintained) - this new 4-day work week is a 6-month trial, starting 19th May 2025.The RoleLiveScore Group is looking for a highly talented and passionate Product Designer to help take our market-leading sports and casino apps and websites to the next level.Reporting to our Head of Product Design, this is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a user-centred design and research culture within our growing product team. You'll play a key role in the ongoing development of our products and features, and the work you create will be used by millions of LiveScore users every week.As a Product Designer, you will collaborate with product teams, researchers, designers, and developers across all stages of the product lifecycle to produce innovative, user-centred solutions that our global user base of loyal sports fans will love. You will have a passion for clean, cohesive, and purposeful design, a strong understanding of design best practices, and you will use research and empathy to inform your decision-making. You will support cross-functional collaboration and champion user-focused design.You'll work with designers across all product areas-building the media, sportsbook, casino, and core platform experiences-to help ensure a cohesive and delightful end-to-end experience for our users.At LiveScore Group, we're the proud home of three of the most exciting brands in the sports and gaming world: LiveScore, LiveScore Bet and Virgin Bet.   • Develop a strong understanding of our customers by supporting qualitative and quantitative research efforts to inform design decisions and enhance company-wide customer knowledge.
  • Deliver simple, intuitive, and impactful designs that improve the overall experience, rather than focusing on isolated features. You'll apply service design thinking to your solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and design patterns, applying insights to your work and sharing knowledge with Product Managers and fellow designers.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to refine the roadmap, define solutions based on user needs, and contribute to breaking down designs into deliverable phases that add value for both users and the business.
  • Contribute to the design development of product features, considering information architecture, accessibility, consistency, and ethical design.
  • Create evidence-based design solutions, iterating based on research, feedback, and real-world usage.
  • Build positive relationships and contribute to design discussions with key stakeholders across the business.
  • Use a variety of methods-such as workshops, data analysis, prototyping, and design critique sessions-to explore and refine design solutions.
  • Balance customer needs with business goals, ensuring recommendations align with both.
  • Advocate for product design throughout the organisation, championing a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
  • Proven experience as a Product Designer, preferably within an in-house team.
  • A collaborative mindset, keen to share knowledge and support your team.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; confident in sharing work and ideas with different audiences.
  • A focus on outcomes, ensuring designs solve real problems rather than just delivering features.
  • A naturally inquisitive mindset, always asking "why" and digging deeper to understand problems.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to balance rapid delivery with high-quality solutions.
  • Open to exploring multiple design approaches, recognising that there are many ways to solve a problem.
  • Confident in using design tools to create customer segments, journey maps, storyboards, user flows, and sketches.
  • Practical experience conducting research and usability testing, including user interviews, workshops, and analysis.
  • Experience delivering user-centric, responsive, multi-device experiences across web and native apps (we are app-first).
  • A passion for sports is highly valued.
  • An understanding of the gambling industry is beneficial, but not essential.
