We're looking for a talented Product Designer to join The Telegraph's award-winning Product Design team, working at the heart of our subscriptions experience.
You'll focus on the journeys that convert readers into subscribers and keep them engaged: from paywalls, checkouts and onboarding to retention flows, churn strategies and subscription management. This is a high-impact role where great design directly supports our subscriber growth and retention targets.
Working closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Editorial and Subscriptions stakeholders, you'll design, test and refine experiences that balance user needs with business goals. You'll use data, research and experimentation to inform your work -- and you'll be comfortable validating your ideas through unmoderated and moderated testing.
