Capital.com is a global trading and investment platform serving millions of users across more than 100 countries. As part of our continued product expansion, we are building out regulated crypto infrastructure -- including custody, wallets, spot trading, staking, and crypto payments -- directly into the Capital.com platform. Our goal is to provide seamless access to digital assets in a secure, compliant, and user-friendly way.

###

Role Summary:

We're looking for a

Product Director

to own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Capital.com digital assets products. You'll lead a multi-disciplinary team across engineering, design, compliance, and operations -- delivering mission-critical infrastructure products that are fast, secure, and intuitive.

You'll be responsible for building and scaling:

Custodial Wallets Crypto Payments (on/off-ramps) Fiat and crypto settlement rails Spot trading flows (RFQ, liquidity routing) Staking, balances, and reward tracking APIs and internal tools to enable all of the above

###

What You'll Do

####

Own the Product Strategy

Define the long-term roadmap for Capital.com products across crypto custody, wallet infrastructure, funding, and settlement. Balance the needs of global users, internal ops, risk, compliance, and local regulatory requirements. Prioritize features based on commercial value, risk, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
####

Build and Scale

Deliver stable, scalable systems for core crypto workflows -- deposits, withdrawals, conversions, staking, and custody. Oversee development of robust APIs powering our white-label infrastructure behind Capital.com's front end. Launch tools and dashboards for operations, compliance, and finance teams to manage flows and monitor activity.
####

Lead Cross-Functional Execution

Collaborate daily with Engineering, Compliance, Customer Support, Back Office, and Risk to deliver working software. Translate requirements into clear specs and collaborate on sprint planning and releases. Work closely with vendors like custody, liquidity providers, and analytics tools to integrate securely and effectively.
####

Think Like a User, Act Like a Builder

Map full user journeys for crypto flows and optimize for speed, clarity, and resilience. Own metrics like conversion, latency, drop-off, failed flows, and end-user satisfaction. Work with our support team and UX to iterate on what's not working -- fast.
###

What You'll Need

####

Minimum Requirements

8+ years in product management, including senior leadership roles. Experience delivering complex infrastructure products (crypto, fintech, payments, or API platforms). A solid technical grasp of crypto custody, liquidity, key management, blockchain analytics, on/off ramps etc. Proven ability to lead cross-functional squads across multiple time zones. Strong understanding of product development cycles, agile planning, and stakeholder communication.
####

Bonus Points For

Prior experience integrating or managing third-party tools like Fireblocks, Chainalysis, or KYB/KYC providers. Regulatory product delivery experience in the UK or EU.
