What to expect

Post Office Insurance are hiring for a Product Executive, an exciting opportunity to join an integral part of Post Office, working in a market leading team. You will be a core component of the product function and will be responsible for working with the wider business and our partners to deliver key product initiatives. You will also deliver our strategic objectives; both commercial and customer, as well as influencing our customer experience.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Co-production of Key documents (Policy wordings/IPIDs/Leaflets/Receipts/Letters/Emails)
  • Product approvals - this will encompass a myriad of activities ranging from: All customer facing documents from policy wordings, emails and letters to web pages, SEO content, training and briefings for the Contact centre, through to complaint and claims decisions, PR requests, processes and importantly any business \xe2\x80\x9cchange\xe2\x80\x9d requests and their subsequent BR\'ds
  • Product submissions and managing compliance renewals
  • Management of secure passwords for secure sharing of files
  • Lead on relationship with Postage provider (MMS) and monitoring performance
  • Contact Centre Relationship (Assisting in the production of Training, Scripts, Internal briefing). Leading on Complaints and quality assurance (QA) calibration for the Product team
  • Assist in the partnership management with the Underwriter.
  • Partnership lead of the Aggregators including change, performance and incident resolution.
  • Partnership lead for the Verisk relationship and the performance of the medical screening system including any change requirements
  • Cross-team management of customer complaints/claims/queries
What you\'ll need to succeed
  • Knowledge of Insurance Products (preferable)
  • Knowledge of the Insurance markets and key competitors (preferable)
  • Good communicator at all levels
  • Proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Able to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced business.
  • Great attention to detail
