We are seeking a proactive and disciplined Product Executive who will support the Product Manager in delivering best-in-class products, ensuring operational efficiency, and strengthening our commercial and customer offering. This is a dynamic role that interacts with multiple teams and external partners, making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and cross-functional collaboration.
Hours of work:
This role is 37 hours per week, working Monday to Friday. We operate a core hours policy, in which are core hours are Monday to Thursday 9.30am to 4.00pm, and Friday 9.30am to 1.00pm.
Key Responsibilities
As Product Executive, you will assist with or lead on the following activities:
Product & Stock Management
Prepare production forecasts and regularly monitor warehouse stock levels, including slow-moving items.
Work closely with the Purchasing Team to ensure raw material availability meets production and sales requirements.
Support continuous product and application training to gain a deep understanding of the branded product range.
Technical, Compliance & Quality
Collaborate with technical and compliance teams to resolve regulatory, packaging, and raw material issues, communicating commercial impacts as required.
Maintain product approvals and accreditations (physical and digital).
Play an active role in complaint resolution and root-cause investigation.
Monitor production processes to ensure cost effectiveness and lean operations.
Commercial & Customer Support
Conduct site visits to support the commercial team and customers in a consultative capacity.
Provide technical product knowledge to assist the sales team.
Maintain close communication with sales to assess promotional material effectiveness.
Marketing & Market Insight
Support the development and execution of the marketing calendar, including social media, website content, product campaigns and direct mail.
Stay up to date with competitor and market trends.
Carry out competitor benchmarking, including product gap analysis, USPs, and safer chemical evaluation.
New Product Development & Product Strategy
Assist the Product Manager with all aspects of the New Product Development (NPD) process.
Compile sales data and recommend product rationalisation in line with agreed parameters.
Deputise for the Product Manager when required.
General
Attend sales meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and training as required.
Always represent Reabrook in a professional manner.
Comply with all company policies, especially Health & Safety.
Perform any additional duties reasonably requested by the business.
About You - Skills & Qualifications
We're looking for a self-motivated individual who thrives when managing multiple projects and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have:
A relevant qualification in business, product management, applied science, or similar; or proven experience in a related role.
(Knowledge of the chemical industry is an advantage but not essential.)
Proficiency in MS Office and experience with forecasting or production-related software.
Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines.
A high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
