Where you'll be based




This role is based in in Feltham, London (Hybrid Working: in the office 60% and WFH 40%). From the end of 2025 / early 2026, our Head Office will be based in Richmond Upon Thames.

How you could help us to Enchant the World with Chocolate




With an ideal start date of mid June, in this role you will work in partnership with the wider business to ensure the integrity of the Material Master Data in all Lindt UK&I and 3PL systems through the timely and accurate creation, validation, monitoring and maintenance of data for all live SKUs and timely obsoleting of SKUs at the end of their life. The role is primarily responsible for processing and maintaining all related Material Master Data for finished goods, Nonstock materials and packaging within SAP S4 Hana and Informatica.

Provide support to Master Data team by providing cover during annual leave and project work Work closely with Marketing, Project Managers, Finance, Co-packing, Procurement, Logistics, IT, DHL and other key functions to set up new products right first time, on time, on budget and in scope, ensuring successful product introductions Monitor Master Data regularly for accuracy, with discrepancies corrected or highlighted to the relevant data owner for resolution

Co-ordination of NPD Process



Support the setup of NPD codes (Copack & Factory) according to workflow requirements in Informatica Approval of Packaging Creation/Retail fresh products & Hampers in Informatica in a timely manner whilst maintaining high quality of data Mass updating of pricing as directed by Finance workstream Maintenance of functions outside of the Informatica that enable the successful set up of a new/existing SKU e.g. Material determination, set up of storage locations, list and RRP pricing Support the creation of Bill of Materials as specified in Informatica & GP Tool - extra care should be taken as they influence the requirements for all components Input all PWI data provided in tracker ensuring it is recorded in line with the requirements of Procurement and Finance for NFR Complete data change requests in Informatica ensuring that correct back up documentation is recorded as per LICS requirements

On-going Maintenance & Review



Evaluation and audit of all master data for all live skus to an agreed cycle to include checking for completeness, highlighting discrepancies/inaccuracies and either correcting the data or flagging issues with the data owners. Escalation of unresolved issues. Ensure effective communication of any master data changes to the relevant people within Lindt and 3PLs Report against standard master data KPIs (accuracy, completeness and timeliness) and identify the root cause of any errors. With the support of the Manager, use this to address recurring issues, improve data accuracy and drive accountability Provide ad hoc master data related information and reports in a timely manner e.g. shelf dimensions and pallet configurations for sales team; packaging waste reporting

What experience you will bring



Highly motivated to learn the Material Master Data functions and understand their impact and relevance to each area of the business Good excel skills and ideally a working knowledge of SAP Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Resilient under workload peaks; adaptable to shifting priorities and able to prioritise Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all the departments of the company and with DHL counterparts Good team player, self-motivated and flexible with a high level of personal initiative Custodian of the process but with a customer service mindset Ability to develop product knowledge to spot anomalies/draw conclusions Able to hold others accountable for their timely and accurate inputs into the process Knowledge of the NPD process and the roles and responsibilities of people within the lifecycle of a product

How you will be rewarded financially




For the position of Product Lifecycle Coordinator the salary range is 34,000 - 43,000 pro-rated.
