This role is key to making decisions based on consumer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends, ensuring our nutricosmetic and health supplement portfolio remains innovative, competitive and relevant across international markets.
This is not a formulation or brand marketing role. The focus is on product management, strategic data analysis and portfolio optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of products, from launch planning to optimisation and rationalisation
Analyse product performance (sales, consumer insights, returns, compliance) to support data-driven decisions
Analyse competitor performance globally (across multiple international markets) and turn data into strategic decisions
Monitor global trends in ingredients, formats, and consumer behaviours to guide innovation
Identify market opportunities and develop product strategy recommendations
Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs and a centralised product database (claims, compliance, risk)
Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Operations and Quality for product improvements, reformulations or format changes
Candidate Profile
Experience in product marketing and management in the supplements or nutricosmetics industry
Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking to make data-driven decisions
Experience in project management and cross-functional coordination
Knowledge of product lifecycle management tools (PLM, SAP, dashboards)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
