Tasks

Define the global product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for climate-related service offerings. Develop harmonized service guidelines, tools, and technical content to support scalability and global delivery. Enable regional teams through technical leadership, training, and implementation support. Support business development through pre-sales consulting, key client engagement, and co-development of solutions. Collaborate with Certification and Verification Bodies to align qualification processes and maintain quality standards. Represent the organization in regulatory and industry forums (e.g., CORSIA, ACA) to strengthen credibility and visibility. Monitor market trends and regulatory developments to ensure continuous service relevance and compliance.

Qualifications

Master s degree or PhD in Environmental Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or a related field. At least 8-10 years of experience in sustainability, carbon services, or certification-related roles. Proven track record in managing global service portfolios or product lines. Deep understanding of carbon footprinting, climate neutrality, and sustainability standards. Strong strategic, analytical, and commercial mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-cultural, matrix environments. Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
