What You'll Be Doing:
Define and own the product roadmap for managed services within education.
Lead a team of Product Owners responsible for strategic functions across the service.
Champion product and service innovation by engaging directly with schools, trusts, and MATs.
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams to bring scalable solutions to life.
Define pricing models, service levels, and product positioning that keep IRIS ahead of the market.
You'll Bring:
Experience of product leadership experience in payroll, HR tech, or managed services.
A deep understanding of UK payroll compliance, service delivery, and digital transformation.
The ability to translate customer needs into structured, agile delivery.
Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing strategy and customer engagement.
Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and a passion for education or public services.
