FactSet's Core Product team is looking for an experienced individual to spearhead the development and evolution of our charting applications. The lead Product Manager for FactSet's charting suite will drive the product vision, align cross-functional teams, and ensure the charting application meets the needs of all user segments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for financial technology and data visualizations and have a proven track record in product management.

Responsibilities



Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for the charting application in alignment with business objectives and market demands. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including product and sales teams, to define and manage product requirements and priorities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product enhancement and differentiation. Understand the competitive landscape and industry trends. Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, including the planning, development, and execution phases. Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate the success and impact of product features. Monitor product performance and user feedback to inform data-driven decisions and iterative improvements. Act as the primary advocate for the charting application, representing its capabilities and benefits to internal and external audiences. Ensure speed, stability and scalability of the team's products and infrastructure Create and manage effective 'Go to Market' strategies to ensure successful adoption of new product offerings



Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management, preferably on charting within the financial software sector. Keen understanding of charting workflows and how visualizations can be used to present complex data in simple ways. Proven success in leading the development and launch of complex software products. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a deep understanding of financial data and charting methodologies. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams. Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Jira, etc.). Passion for innovation and a user-centric approach to product development. Familiarity with all major players in the charting space (TradingView, BarChart, StockCharts, HighCharts, etc)
