As a Product Manager at Quorum Cyber, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving the product strategy for our Clarity platform and broader product portfolio. Working collaboratively with developers, security engineers, security analysts, marketing, and customer success teams, you will ensure our products meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders and deliver exceptional value to our customers.



This role is for our portfolio workstream, ensuring that our customers continue to experience the value of the services Quorum Cyber deliver through the capability we build in the platform.





Position:

Build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and customers to contribute to long-term strategy, and execute on this by prioritising problems, gathering requirements, and developing product briefs and backlog items. Collaborate closely with the design team to shape the user experience. Act as a Product Owner within a delivery team, translating product requirements into actionable tasks while aligning with technical capabilities. Advocate the product: Develop and deliver compelling presentations, product demos, product guides, and training sessions for internal teams and external audiences. Enhance the customer experience: Represent the voice of customers and internal departments in roadmap planning and prioritization processes. Make insights-driven decisions: Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions, create proposals, and to evaluate product performance.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle (concept to launch and post-launch support) for technology products. Demonstrated experience of research and discovery in early stages of product life cycle, with artefact creation and testing to validate concepts. Strong stakeholder management skills and a track record of building effective relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences. Ownership and management of one or more product backlogs. Experience in product marketing, including creating customer-facing materials and assessing competitive landscape. Experience collaborating with product design teams to deliver user-centric solutions. Ability to conduct customer interviews and translate insights into actionable product improvements. Proactive mindset with the ability to adapt pragmatically to shifting priorities and conflicting interests. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience of creating functional workflow diagrams. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Hands-on experience with the following tools: MixPanel for product analytics to track key metrics and analyze platform usage. Aha! Or Jira for roadmaps and idea management. Figma for product design collaboration. Jira as an operational ITSM tool. Azure DevOps for managing development team backlogs.

Bonus Points:



Cybersecurity domain experience, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the cybersecurity landscape. Familiarity with Microsoft's Cyber Security technology Experience of working in B2B products You have a proven track record of working within an established product operating model.
