The Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on managing physical products within the portable power category. As Product Manager, you'll own the product roadmap from concept to launch, working closely with sourcing, R&D, marketing, operations, sales, and quality teams to bring innovative hardware products to market.

Please note: This role is for physical product management (e.g., portable power devices and electrical hardware), not software or app product management.

Key Responsibilities

Define and manage the roadmap for physical products and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects Identify trends and requirements in the physical portable power market Create product information, pricing, packaging, manuals, data sheets, labels, and sales aides for hardware products Present new products to sales teams and deliver training sessions Maintain strong consumer and product awareness of tangible products Support marketing, product management, and sales teams with customer visits Manage product data for our internal PIM system and customer new line forms Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills Support the Product Management team throughout the full product lifecycle ('cradle to grave') of physical products Keep your professional and technical knowledge up-to-date through workshops, publications, and networking Participate in regular reviews with your manager and the Product Director

About You

2-3 years' product management experience in physical product development, ideally in the electrical distribution sector Highly motivated and driven to deliver market-leading hardware products Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
