Objectives of this Role:
Lead the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance product performance and market share.
Responsibilities:
Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, and balance resources to ensure success for the entire organization.
Analyze market data to develop sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.
Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate go-to-market plans.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience as a Product Manager in the aftermarket parts industry or a related field.
Strong understanding of the automotive industry and aftermarket parts market.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Excellent Excel skills
Experience in managing engine timing or engine sealing.
