Product Manager - Export Services

Competitive salary, plus 4,200 car allowance or 3,700 cash equivalent, private healthcare, 18% annual bonus potential, company pension scheme with highly competitive contribution rates and generous annual leave offering of 27.5 days, plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 days after 10 years' service.

Location: Royal Mail, 185 Farringdon Road, London, EC1A 1AA. This is a Hybrid working role with some expectation of National Travel as and when the business requires.

Reporting into the Head of International Product Management you will provide product specific input to the development of our International Export product strategy.



This is a role where your ideas matter--you'll influence strategy and shape the future of international parcel delivery.

About the role




As Product Manager - Export Services, you'll:

Own the Export Account Commercial Product Offer - Be the go-to expert for all things international parcels. Shape Strategy - Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to influence product direction. Drive Performance - Monitor revenue and volume, interpret trends, and implement interventions to maximise success. Collaborate & Innovate - Work with sales, marketing, operations, and customs teams to deliver best-in-class solutions. Lead Enhancements - Specify requirements for new service providers, product improvements, and quality upgrades. Enable Sales - Providing expert input and sign off on marketing campaigns and provide input to sales training and briefing on product benefits and features.

About You



Proven experience in Product Management ideally within international import/export parcel markets. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of global shipping trends. Skilled in go-to-market strategies, product launches, and cross-functional communication. Comfortable managing revenue lines and driving top-line performance. A natural collaborator with a passion for innovation and customer experience. Opportunities to work on innovative solutions in a fast-moving global market.
