Job Purpose:

Bermuda Commercial Bank is seeking an innovative and hands-on Product

Manager to lead the development, launch, and ongoing management of its new Investment

Platform. This critical role will shape the end-to-end digital proposition, customer

experience, and operational framework for the platform, driving the bank's transformation

into a global leader in digital asset banking.

Based on the bank's new Temenos T24 core banking system, the Investment Platform will

deliver seamless client journeys, efficient middle and back-office operations, and robust

regulatory compliance. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in

creating a market-leading investment service.

As part of a growing digital team, you will play a key role in delivering next-generation

financial products and platforms designed for a diverse

client base, including corporate, institutional, and high-net-worth individuals. This is a

greenfield opportunity to shape and launch services on a

modern core banking infrastructure.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities include:

Lead the development of new digital banking and investment products from

ideation to launch.

Own the product roadmap, aligning technical delivery with business goals and

customer needs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet regulatory,

operational, and user experience standards.

Focus on building scalable, efficient, and compliant workflows with a high degree of

automation and Straight Through Processing (STP).

Contribute to the design and improvement of front-end features (e.g. client portals,

dashboards) and back-end execution systems (e.g. order routing, settlement).

Work closely with stakeholders to define and deliver features that support business

growth and operational excellence.
