The International Baccalaureate (IB) is undergoing a bold digital transformation - and this is your opportunity to be part of it. As a Product Manager within our newly established Digital Office, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of IB's digital product ecosystem. This isn't just about managing products - it's about reimagining how we serve schools, educators, and learners worldwide through digital innovation.
The Digital Office sits at the heart of our product strategy, with end-to-end responsibility for customer-facing products across our existing platforms and new ventures. You'll join a multidisciplinary, impact-driven team responsible for delivering meaningful, measurable outcomes in a fast-evolving educational landscape.
As a Product Manager, you'll work on CRM products in School Operations and help shape the next generation of CRM integration tools that support schools on their journey with the IB - from first inquiry through to ongoing engagement. You'll work across a suite of products that drive school candidacy, marketing automation, sales pipeline management, school authorization and evaluation, educator network workforce management, and customer service. These platforms are foundational to how we grow, support, and empower our network of schools and governing bodies around the world.
