About Amplified
At Amplified People Group, we're on a mission to redefine how People & Talent services are delivered to startups and scaleups across Europe and the US. With three specialist brands -- Foundation Partners (Embedded People & Talent), Unleashed (Leadership & Management Development), and JBM (Executive Search)-- we're building the go-to partner for growth-minded businesses.
Now, we're looking for a hands-on Product Manager to help us take Amplified to the next level -- not by building custom software, but by making smart, scalable, tech-enabled decisions across everything we do.
Why this role matters
We want to build a tech-enabled services group where manual work becomes a distant memory -- from how we generate leads, to how we collaborate internally, to how each brand delivers its services. This isn't a pure tech business, but we believe tech should power everything behind the scenes.
This role will be the driving force behind that.
What you'll be doing

  • Own the internal "product" roadmap across:
  • Growth: tooling for lead gen, CRM automation, marketing ops
  • Collaboration: internal workflows, async tools, project management
  • Delivery: client onboarding, reporting, scheduling, candidate tracking, LMS integrations
  • Act as a centre of excellence for low-code/no-code and off-the-shelf solutions -- Airtable, Zapier, Notion, HubSpot, Monday, Typeform, etc.
  • Work across the Group (JBM, Unleashed, Foundation Partners) to spot inefficiencies and design frictionless processes
  • Be the person people go to when they say: "There must be a better way to do this." Then actually make it happen.
  • Collaborate with ops leads, marketers, recruiters, facilitators, and senior leadership to understand user needs and solve real-world problems quickly
  • Own tooling decisions, onboarding, maintenance and internal documentation for the systems you put in place
What we're looking for
  • Experience shipping and owning internal tools or operational systems -- ideally in a startup, agency, or tech-enabled services environment
  • Hands-on with low-code/no-code tools like Zapier, Airtable, Webflow, Notion, Make, Retool, etc. (you don't need to write code, but you should be technical enough to automate and integrate workflows)
  • A builder's mindset -- you love spotting inefficiencies and turning chaos into clarity
  • You know the difference between solving a problem with tech vs. a process vs. a conversation
  • Comfortable working autonomously and spinning up MVP solutions fast
  • Strong communicator -- can bring clarity to ambiguity and explain tools/processes to non-technical users
What this isn't
  • A long-term product strategy or platform ownership role (no dev team to manage)
  • A project manager role waiting for requirements -- you'll help define the problems, own the solutions, and execute quickly
  • A "wait to be briefed" role -- you'll need to be curious, proactive, and always hunting for better ways of doing things
Why join us
  • You'll be working directly with the CEO and leadership across the Group
  • You'll have a rare opportunity to design how a multi-brand services business runs -- and scale it without technical debt
  • We're growing fast, and you'll help us do it smarter, not just bigger
