? Product Manager - FinTech Scale-Up
? London or Remote (UK-based)

We're looking for TWO sharp, driven and user-obsessed Product Manager to join a high-growth fintech scaling across the globe ?You'll own your product stream end-to-end: strategy, execution, optimisation - all of it. You'll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, compliance, and commercial teams to build products that make a real difference to people's lives.
? You'll be:
Defining and delivering the roadmap for your product area
Driving adoption, retention and growth through data-informed decisions
Collaborating with design and engineering to create beautiful, seamless user experiences
Owning KPIs, OKRs, and bringing clarity to complex user and business problems
Getting hands-on - from ideation to launch and beyond
? You'll need:
Good product experience (fintech or mobile-first consumer preferred)
A sharp eye for UX and a love for data
Comfort navigating ambiguity and wearing many hats
Solid communication and storytelling skills - you'll be presenting to senior leadership often
A passion for building simple solutions to complex problems
You'll be joining a team that moves fast, cares deeply about its users, and gives PMs real ownership and autonomy ?
