Product

Manager





This individual will be responsible for owning and driving the

customer account experience

across

App and Web

. You'll define and deliver a cohesive strategy to improve sign-in and account creation, reduce friction, and create a compelling reason for customers to hold and return to an account. You'll partner with other Product Managers to land the strategy across different areas and work closely with our engineering teams to bring your vision to life.

You'll bring strong product thinking and a deep understanding of what it takes to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences. You'll be obsessed with customer needs, fluent in using data to guide decisions, and excited about balancing bold step changes with small but impactful wins.



You will get the opportunity to apply your product expertise in a fast-moving, commercial environment with the autonomy to shape one of the most high-impact areas of our customer journey.



You will also support the embedding of a customer-first mindset across the business and work to continually improve how we build and deliver value for our customers through account-based experiences.



You will get the opportunity to apply strong technical Compliance skills and experience and ability to think strategically across a broad range of issues to identify and drive appropriate actions to ensure CtM operates compliantly and minimises the risk of customer harm.



You will also support the embedding of a compliance and conduct aware culture across the business and work to improve the understanding/application of regulatory compliance throughout CtM.

Define and own the strategy for customer accounts across web and app. Work with fellow Product Managers to align and deliver the account strategy across their products Improve sign-in and account creation journeys to increase satisfaction and reduce friction Champion the value of holding an account and drive adoption across the customer base Collaborate with dedicated engineering teams to deliver both incremental and transformative improvements Monitor key KPIs and clearly report progress, learnings and outcomes to senior stakeholders Use customer insight and data to continually refine and optimise the experience Our people bring our purpose to life
