Position Summary



We are seeking a visionary and results-driven

Product Manager

to lead the development and launch of our next-generation digital twin solutions. This is a critical role for a professional who is passionate about building products that solve complex, real-world problems. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, translating market needs into a clear product roadmap, and working closely with engineering, design, and sales teams to deliver a product that delights our customers and achieves our business goals.

Key Responsibilities



Product Strategy & Roadmap:

Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a specific product or a set of features. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify new opportunities and validate product ideas. Prioritize features and initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and customer feedback.

Product Development & Execution:

Author clear and concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for the engineering team. Work closely with the UI/UX design team to ensure a user-friendly and intuitive experience. Act as the voice of the customer throughout the development process, making decisions and trade-offs to ensure the final product meets market needs.

Launch & Growth:

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop a go-to-market strategy for new product releases. Track and analyze product metrics to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future product decisions. Support the sales team with product knowledge and expertise during key customer engagements.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS, enterprise software, or technology-focused company. Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from conception to end-of-life. Strong understanding of agile development methodologies. Experience with a technology related to digital twins, IoT, AI, or data analytics is a significant plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Ability to think strategically and translate complex ideas into clear, actionable plans.
