We seek a Product Manager to ensure the resilience of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, OnePromote, and Teams. Collaborate with engineering to design recovery plans, protect data, and maintain compliance. You will also work closely with risk, and business stakeholders, building consensus where necessary, to develop comprehensive backup, monitoring, and incident response frameworks tailored to the unique risks of the M365 stack. This includes evaluating and deploying backup solutions, establishing clear recovery objectives, and ensuring that recovery processes are rigorously documented, tested, and aligned with JP Morgan's business continuity goals. Your expertise will be instrumental in preparing the organization to respond decisively to major outages or data integrity threats, minimizing downtime and data loss while supporting a culture of operational resilience.
