About the Role

Here's What You'll Be Doing

Drive and deliver the strategy, development, and delivery of digital products and services across TPE platforms with the primary aim being to drive and develop TPE-owned digital platforms and services. Use customer, market, and internal insights to shape digital product and prioritise improvements, converting them into actionable roadmaps. Create data-driven business cases to support product proposals, aligning enhancements with user needs and commercial objectives. Lead digital product development end-to-end, from concept through to launch, ensuring high performance and customer value throughout the lifecycle. Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Customer Experience, an many others to gather input and build support for digital initiatives. Manage product and project backlogs and delivery pipelines, coordinating with internal teams and digital partners to ensure smooth execution. Define and track digital product KPIs, using analytics to optimise performance, usability, and customer satisfaction. Spot opportunities for innovation through new technologies and trends, integrating these where relevant with a particular focus on Artificial intelligence. Contribute to a unified digital roadmap that supports TPE's wider strategic and business goals.

What You'll Bring

Strong experience in product management or digital delivery, with a history of launching and evolving customer-facing solutions. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insight and data into meaningful product improvements. Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder engagement skills across both technical and non-technical audiences. Practical understanding of agile methodologies and product management best practices. Experience of implementing Artificial Intelligence to one or more of: the betterment of customer experience, acceleration of staff efficiency, and the enhancement of commercial performance Commercial awareness and strategic thinking, capable of linking product outcomes to business performance. Ability to confidently communicate and influence cross-functional teams, even without direct reports. Passion for digital innovation, customer experience, and continuous improvement. Knowledge of transport, travel, or mobility sectors (a plus, but not essential). Familiarity with TPE services and the needs of rail customers (beneficial but not required).
