Overall, Purpose:




The Product Manager owns a defined product area within Hubexos portfolio and is accountable for turning insight into actionable plans that deliver measurable value. The role sets direction, drives prioritisation, and oversees the full product lifecycle. Decisions must be evidence-led, aligned to strategy, and focused on user needs, adoption, engagement, and commercial outcomes. The Product Manager ensures effective teamwork and predictable delivery across discovery and execution.



Principal Job Responsibilities:



Product Direction and Strategy



Set vision, objectives, and success measures for the assigned product area. Translate strategy into clear product goals, priorities, and roadmaps. Ensure alignment with the wider Hubexo portfolio across NBS, Glenigan, CIS and other platforms where relevant.


Discovery and Problem Definition



Lead structured discovery to validate problems, opportunities, and value. Use quantitative and qualitative insights to support decision-making. Engage with users, research, data, and commercial teams to understand market needs and workflows.


Delivery and Execution



Work with engineering, design, and analytics to define, plan, and deliver solutions. Facilitate clarity around scope, effort, sequencing, trade-offs, and release plans. Maintain consistent delivery standards, quality, and alignment to requirements.


User Insights and Performance Tracking



Monitor product performance across adoption, engagement, satisfaction, and commercial KPIs. Identify issues, risks, and opportunities and take appropriate action. Apply continuous improvement based on data and customer feedback.


Cross-Functional Alignment



Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to support product changes, launches, and updates. Communicate product decisions, progress, and impact clearly across stakeholders. Support both self-serve and sales-led go-to-market models. Ways of Working and Continuous Improvement Contribute to shared Product practices, tools, and documentation. Promote accountability, transparency, and collaborative working. Support team efficiency by unblocking issues and driving clarity.


Key Performance Indicators:



Delivery of roadmap commitments within agreed timelines and scope. Achievement of defined product outcomes and OKRs. Adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction metrics for the assigned product area. Quality, clarity, and reliability of product insights, requirements, and documentation. Cross-functional alignment and launch readiness across Engineering, Design, Commercial, Customer Success, and Marketing. Contribution to continuous improvement in product processes, ways of working, and team efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience: (E Essential; D Desirable)



Experience as a Product Manager or Product Lead within a B2B SaaS environment.E

Proven ability to lead the full product lifecycle from strategy to delivery.E

Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Commercial functions.E

Strong competence in using data, research, and customer insight to support decisions.E

Ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.E

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.E

Knowledge of the construction sector, built environment, product information, tendering, or specification workflows.

Experience with both self-serve and sales-led go-to-market models.D

Experience working in multi-product or multi-region organisations.D
