As a Product Manager, Production Operations in the Commerce Product team, you will maintain Commerce experiences for the Global Streaming Platform team.
What You'll Do:

  • Execute ongoing updates of Commerce product experiences including content, and metadata.
  • Deliver content and configuration updates for high profile projects including price changes/in-app promotions, additions of new products and proposition/territory launch.
  • Complete regular testing and QA checks to ensure properties are free from errors and other issues. Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to address and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with product, design, UX copywriting and business stakeholders to plan and manage production updates. Daily partnership with production designer focused on Commerce maintenance.
  • Work with the Manager, Production Operations to make recommendations for the improvement of product maintenance and operational processes. Working with the product team to help define and implement those changes.
  • Implement production plans with impeccable quality while meeting aggressive deadlines.
  • Communicate the status of daily and project-oriented production updates to stakeholders, management and cross functional team members
  • Deliver on update plans driven by best practice and proven methodologies to drive Commerce business outcomes.
What You'll Bring:
  • You are an experienced Product Manager with documented experience managing website/app maintenance via CMS for a similar property.
  • Experienced in the subscription commerce space.
  • Strong understanding of publishing systems, content/design QA processes
  • Experience working in an agile software development environment
  • Solid understanding of streaming services, and commerce best practices.
  • You have relentlessly high standards, deep operational knowledge, and expertise in digital production operations.
  • You are a strong communicator, able to articulate your point-of-view, engage in fact- based discourse, collaborate, compromise, and bridge gaps.
  • You are resourceful and you lean on yourself, able to bring the big ideas and deliver the practical daily output.
