Product Manager




The Product Manager helps develop, manage, and support the product roadmaps for Quadient. This includes strong business, technical and strategic positioning and messaging as well as assisting in all functions related to product requirements management, governance, and product launch.


The Product Manager is a vital link between Product Management, customers, marketing, engineering, sales and support teams to ensure the strategy of Quadient is implemented and lived in the designed products and features. This calls for a high degree of integrity and dedication towards Quadient and the assigned responsibilities.

Your role in our future:



Manage the product management lifecycle Establish the product direction, budgets through initiatives Define releases, epics / features Evaluate product requests / ideas from internal and external sources Prioritize features Build and share strategic roadmaps Analyze product performance, market penetration and report on progress Engage with customers, prospects and others in the market to understand needs, position our capabilities, and be the market-facing driver of the product roadmap Work closely with Engineering during release planning and delivery and making any adjustments to the plan that are needed Develop and maintain user personas and scenarios Internal stakeholders -technical product management, engineering, UI/UX, product marketing, marketing, customer success, partner groups, legal, leadership External stakeholders - customers, end users, partners Communicate out the product strategy, roadmap plans to align product & company strategy Work closely with Product Marketing Management Provide inputs for the development of GTM (go-to-market) plans and assets Work closely with the Education Center & Engineering On a regular basis provide internal enablement to customer field teams Plan pre-launch activities, follow-up activities and on-going market support Assist in the development of GTM plans & marketing materials Support tradeshows, webinars, and internal and external events as a presenter and subject matter expert

Your profile



Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar function in the Software industry with a focus in customer communications, CRM, digital experience, analytics, and/or BPM Or Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar function in Software industry with a focus in SaaS, data/content analytics, digital experience, CRM, or marketing automation Hands on experience with managing the entire product lifecycle and product roadmaps In-depth knowledge of the customer communication market, customer experience management market, competitive solutions and general market conditions and trends is a plus In depth knowledge of Product Management Lifecycle Management from business case development through to roadmap delivery. Hands on experience with product management tools such as Aha is a plus Strong business acumen and technology awareness Demonstrated success in working within a cross-functional environment. Ability to effectively collaborate, influence, and persuade Solid knowledge and understanding of marketing concepts and strategies as well as customer's needs Must be a strong public speaker, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer Self-motivated to work both independently and collaboratively with global team members Fluent in written and spoken English Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related discipline preferred A proven ability to analyze complex data, translate insights into actionable strategies, and prioritize initiatives for maximum business impact is essential. Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment are key. The ideal candidate brings a passion for innovation and continuous improvement, leveraging feedback and emerging trends to inform decision-making and drive the evolution of products.
