Key Responsibilities:

Define and implement product strategies for search and recommendation, balancing user experience with business growth objectives.
Design and optimize traffic distribution mechanisms in search and recommendation scenarios to support initiatives such as new product cold start, seller growth, and best-seller acceleration.
Ensure high-quality search and recommendation experiences tailored to the cultural and behavioral nuances of European markets.
Manage product roadmaps and milestones, integrating user feedback, industry trends, and data-driven insights.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable solutions that align with JD.com's global e-commerce expansion.
Qualifications:

3+ years of product management experience, preferably in e-commerce search, recommendation systems, or shopping guide strategies.
Proven track record in launching and scaling products, including successful delivery of minimum viable products (MVPs).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
Experience in global e-commerce; fluency in English required, with proficiency in another European language (French, German, or Dutch) strongly preferred.
