About the role:




We're hiring a

Product Manager

to lead

Supply Chain

across our global manufacturing network. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams in the UK, India, and China to identify inefficiencies and drive improvements. This is a

hands-on role

, you'll be expected to build, test, and ship internal tools and workflows yourself, not just write specs.

You'll work closely with Data Scientists, Engineers, and other product builders to turn insight into action. If you're not comfortable using BI tools like Metabase,

Po

werBI, or Amplitude

, and can't turn data into MVPs using off-the-shelf tools or lightweight automation, this isn't the role for you.

Main responsibilities:



Own and

drive strategy for supply chain optimisation

across our global manufacturing network

Identify inefficiencies and opportunities in supplier performance

, order flow, and logistics

Build, test, and iteoolsrate internal tools

and workflows using off the shelf software, AI solutions, or by working with in house developers Partner with Quality, Operations, and Data teams to ensure supplier scoring, forecasting, and throttling systems are accurate and effective

Translate business goals into product specs

, wireframes, and backlog items

Manage delivery timelines

and stakeholder expectations, ensuring solutions are adopted and deliver measurable improvements Lead discovery and experimentation for high impact automation opportunities, from onboarding to fulfilment

Monitor key supply chain KPIs

such as On Time Delivery, Non Conformance Rate, and throughput, and use them to guide decision making and product iteration

Experience Required:



4+ years as a Product Manager

or in a similar role in a tech enabled, operations/logistics heavy environment

Strong understanding of supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing workflows

Proven experience in hands on

building internal tools, automations

, or process improvement solutions Familiarity with off the shelf platforms such as

Monday.com, Zapier, Airtable, Notion, Make and AI tools

, and integrating them to achieve business outcomes independently Comfortable

collaborating with engineers and data teams

to ship operational solutions
