The Role

We are seeking a self-motivated and experienced Product Manager to take ownership of one of our portfolio across trade, retail, and international markets. You'll work closely with sourcing and product development teams at our Far East manufacturing site, as well as UK-based R&D, Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Quality stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Define and manage the product roadmap and NPI (New Product Introduction) projects. Understand market requirements and trends within the sector. Manage and create product information, pricing, packaging, instruction manuals, data sheets, labels, and sales aides. Confidently present new products to internal sales teams and deliver training sessions. Maintain strong consumer and product awareness. Support marketing, product management, and sales teams with customer visits as required. Manage product data for internal PIM (Product Information Management) systems and customer new line forms. Provide excellent written and verbal communication. Support the Product Management team throughout the full product lifecycle ('cradle to grave'). Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and professional societies. Regularly review progress with the Head of Sourcing to ensure projects meet required specifications.

Ideal Candidate

Graduate in Product Management, Business, or Engineering. Ideally 2-3 years' product management experience in the electrical distribution sector. Highly motivated and driven to deliver market-leading products. Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
