We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Market Development Inventory Analyst
/VMD
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting market data to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.
Reports to Sales Director / Administrative Director General manager and CBO.

RESPONSIBILITIES
?
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.* Travel and monitor the demands of online/offline stores in EMEA, responsible for VMD (including Sales propmotion related tools)that is aligning with Global HQ direction.
Analyze competitive landscape and provide insights on competitors' strategies and performance.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development, marketing, and sales initiatives.To avoid missing sales opportunity due the lack of inventories.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.* Monitor industry developments and provide regular updates to stakeholders.* Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to interpret complex data sets.* Support the development of strategic plans and business cases.* Develop the merchandise planning process for offline /online commerce.* Establish assortment guidelines by product and store* Improve demand forecasting and order accuracy, and develop relevant systems* If necessary, performs other work when asked.

COMMUNICATION

Internal: Product Marketing, Consumer Insight, merchandise team, Marketing and Sales, Store Managers.
External: Marketplace merchandisers, European key accounts.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
?
At least 10 years knowledge of product management or merchandising in FMCG industry.
Experiences of VMD in premium lifestyle industry.
Good understanding of the premium lifestyle industry.
Sense of trend and development in the premium/luxury lifestyle industry.
Good spoken and written English.
Strong presentational skills
Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and draw conclusions.
Strong and experienced PowerPoint skills
Willing to travel
Good sense of intercultural differences, team player, good communicator.
Strong Skill with MS-Office/MS-Excel
