Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Marketing Associate to support the creation, maintenance, and delivery of marketing materials for Apollo's investment products. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who has already worked in

financial product marketing

within an asset manager, wealth manager, or investment management firm. You will help produce fund materials, support campaigns, coordinate with teams across the business, and ensure all product content is accurate, compliant, and engaging.

This role is onsite in London and requires close partnership with Product, Sales, Digital, Compliance, and Investment Teams.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update product marketing materials such as factsheets, presentations, website content, product pages, newsletters, and performance updates. Assist in the creation and execution of multi channel campaigns for investment products across institutional and wealth audiences. Support messaging, product positioning, and content accuracy across digital and print channels. Coordinate approvals with Compliance, Legal, and stakeholders across the business. Work with external vendors, designers, and agencies to produce high quality product collateral. Track and report on campaign KPIs, engagement metrics, and fund level insights. Prepare materials for meetings, launches, product updates, and senior leadership reviews. Ensure all product data, performance details, and marketing content are up to date and consistent.

Required Background

Degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, Economics, or similar. One to three years experience in

financial product marketing

, investment marketing, client reporting, product communications, or fund marketing. Experience producing or supporting fund materials such as factsheets, KIIDs, PRIIPs, presentations, monthly or quarterly updates, or website product pages. Understanding of investment products such as mutual funds, alternatives, private markets, fixed income, equities, or multi asset strategies. Ability to simplify complex investment concepts for different audiences. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Knowledge of Salesforce, Seismic, Kurtosys, or similar tools is helpful. Strong attention to detail, project ownership, and the ability to work with multiple teams. Full UK work authorization. No sponsorship provided.

Preferred Industry Background

Experience from firms such as:
Asset Managers (examples: PGIM, Schroders, Man Group, M&G, Janus Henderson, BlackRock, Invesco, Brookfield, Fidelity, LGIM, Insight Investment, Columbia Threadneedle, Federated Hermes).
Wealth Managers, Fund Managers, Investment Platforms, or similar.
