Role Overview



The Product Marketing Associate will play a key role in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns for Apollo's investment solutions across institutional and global wealth audiences. The role sits within the Product Marketing vertical and works closely with Channel and Digital Marketing to shape campaign strategy, drive execution, and measure success. This position also requires close collaboration with investment professionals, Sales, Legal & Compliance, and external partners, ensuring Apollo's brand and product positioning remain consistent and impactful.

Key Responsibilities



Maintain and update Apollo's product marketing materials for assigned funds -- including fact sheets, brochures, web content, videos, and email campaigns -- ensuring accuracy, approvals, and timely publishing. Assist in the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote Apollo's investment products. Collaborate across Product, Sales, Corporate Communications, Legal, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure alignment in messaging and campaign objectives. Partner with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers to produce creative and compliant marketing content. Ensure consistency in brand voice, creative, and messaging across all digital and print marketing channels. Analyze and report on campaign performance across multiple KPIs, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization. Prepare and present performance insights and recommendations to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business Administration. 2-3 years of experience in product marketing, ideally within financial services. Strong understanding and interest in alternative investment products. Experience managing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight timelines. Exceptional attention to detail and results-driven mindset. Demonstrated success in strategic marketing execution. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, and Airtable preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
