ABOUT THE TEAM
The Acquiring team at Tide is a multi-disciplinary group focussed on delivering propositions that help Tide members take in-person and digital card payments from their customers.
The team brings together product, engineering, operations and data analytics expertise to bring new member experiences to market and is in an exciting growth period as we look to scale the new Acquiring business significantly in 2025 and beyond.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Lead Commercial Manager / Product Marketing Lead (Commercial) for Acquiring, you will own the go-to-market strategy and commercial success of Tide's Acquiring product portfolio in the UK market.
Reporting directly to the UK CEO, with a dotted reporting line to the VP of Acquiring, you'll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing and other cross-functional teams to drive growth, product adoption, and customer engagement.
This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring deep domain knowledge, commercial acumen, and a sharp understanding of UK customer needs.
